Alfonso Watts

Alfonso Watts, 43, was shot dead after an altercation in unincorporated north St. Louis County, in the 10800 block of Hallstead Drive. Watts died at a hospital. Shanta Belk, 39, was later charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action.
