Austin Phillips

Austin Phillips, 26, of St. Ann was shot and killed shortly after getting into an argument with another man about 9:30 p.m. on July 16 near Highmont Drive and Gage Drive. Garry Q. Rodgers, 24, was arrested in August on charges of first-degree murder and armed criminal action. Rodgers lives in the 2900 block of Nebraska in St. Louis, according to court documents.
