Charlie Anderson

Three men were killed and four more were injured in a shooting in the city's Greater Ville neighborhood. The men who died were identified by authorities as Kevin Page, 40, Charlie Anderson, 31, and O.J. Pernell, 44. Dianthony M. Lake, 29, was charged late Thursday by the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office with first-degree murder, armed criminal action, unlawful possession of a firearm and first-degree assault with serious physical injury or a special victim, court records indicate.
