Emmanuel Jones

Police found Emmanuel Jones, 24, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the 1900 block of Arlington Avenue in the Wells-Goodfellow neighborhood. Jones lived in the 1100 block of Saint Cyr Road in Bellefontaine Neighbors. He was shot in the chest, and died at a hospital.
