Gerald K. Wiley

Gerald K. Wiley, 35, of Madison, was driving when he was shot, and crashed the car he was driving in the 1700 block of Fourth Street. A woman who was a passenger in the car with Wiley was taken to a St. Louis-area hospital with injuries suffered in the crash, but was reported to be stable. Prosecutors in Madison County charged four teenagers in the death of a Wiley. Derek Miller, 17, of East St. Louis was charged with first-degree murder, aggravated discharge of a firearm and armed robbery. Three others, a 14-year-old boy and two 15-year-old boys are charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery.
