Natasha Selby

Natasha Selby, 27, was found dead just before 4 p.m. Tuesday at the scene of a shooting in the 3900 block of Evans Avenue. Selby also lives in that block of Evans, which is in the city's Vandeventer neighborhood. The death is being investigated as a homicide.
