Officers responding to a domestic disturbance at a home Tuesday fatally shot Noah D. Sharp, 27, after he emerged from the home and fired shots at them, Jefferson County Sheriff Dave Marshak said. The shooting happened about 8 a.m. on June 22, 2021, when three De Soto officers went to a home in the 800 block of Clarke Street, about a mile east of Highway 21. “From (our) initial investigation, we believe officers gave verbal commands to drop the firearm as the suspect began shooting,” Marshak told the Post-Dispatch.
