Pierreion Frizell

Officers responded to a call for a "shooting in progress" in the 400 block of North 15th Street in the Downtown West neighborhood. Upon arrival, they found Pierreion Frizell, 31, of the 3600 block of Lindell Boulevard, on the sidewalk suffering from puncture wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
