Robert Crutchfield

A man was shot and killed Thursday afternoon in north St. Louis County, police said. Police responded to the 7100 block of Glenmore Avenue in Velda City around 3:45 p.m. and found Robert Crutchfield, 26, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was transported to an area hospital where he died, police said. St. Louis County police will be handling the investigation.
