Travis Morrow

Travis Morrow, 18, was found with gunshot wounds to his head and pronounced dead, near the scene of the shooting at O'Fallon and Commercial streets. He lived in the 500 block of Mullanphy Road in Florissant. A 16-year-old girl was also shot in the arm and taken to a hospital for treatment.
