Damon Hawkins

A 47-year-old man died after suffering multiple gunshots in the 1300 block of Montclair Avenue, in the city’s Hamilton Heights neighborhood. Police said they arrived at the scene of the shooting around 6 p.m. and found a man lying in a parking lot. Damon Hawkins, 47, had been shot multiple times and was not conscious or breathing. He died at the scene, police said.
