Emmanuel Jordan

Emmanuel Jordan, 32, was shot dead Sunday night in the city's Carondelet neighborhood. Officers were called to the shooting around 11:20 p.m. in the 7700 block of Alaska Avenue, police said. They found Jordan on the ground outside and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Additional information was not immediately available.
