Johnny Bond Jr.

Johnny Bond Jr., 39, was killed when he and another man got into a gunfight in a north St. Louis County parking lot. St. Louis County police responded to a report of a shooting just after 11 a.m. to the 11000 block of Bellefontaine Road in the Spanish Lake area. Two men "were involved in an altercation" in one of the parking lots there, police said, and both then shot at each other. One was taken to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to police. Bond died at the scene. Police said Bond lived in the 2500 block of Saddle Ridge Drive in Florissant.
