A man was killed in a shooting involving two McDonald's workers outside the restaurant on Hampton Avenue. St. Louis police Lt. Col. Ronnie Robinson said the shooting happened as part of an altercation between two employees about 8:20 p.m. outside the McDonald's at 1420 Hampton Avenue in the Cheltenham neighborhood. Kevyn Henderson, 23, was shot in the chest and died at the scene. Police found him lying against a wall to the restaurant. Terrence King, 19, of the 5700 block of Etzel Avenue, was charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action, according to police and court records. King and Henderson were coworkers at the restaurant who argued inside, according to charges. After a manager escorted King outside, King waited until Henderson came out. They argued again and King fired multiple shots at Henderson, killing him. Henderson died at the scene, police said. King was holding a gun and standing near the victim when police arrived and was arrested. King was being held without bail.
