Lilly Teixeira

A female body was found wrapped in linens in north St. Louis. Police were able to identify the woman a week later as Lilly Teixeira, 24, who had been reported missing several months earlier. On Jan. 6, St. Louis police asked the public for help in locating Teixeira, who had been reported missing and was last seen Jan. 3 at the Rosati Center, 4218 North Grand Boulevard. The body was found about 4:50 p.m. in a rear yard in the 1400 block of East Obear Avenue, in the city’s College Hill neighborhood. Homicide detectives are handling the case, which is being labeled for now a suspicious sudden death.
