Titus Armstead

A 46-year-old man was shot to death in Penrose Park in north St. Louis. Titus Armstead was found face down on the ground suffering from several gunshot wounds when police responded around 12:45 a.m. Friday to North Bircher Boulevard inside Penrose Park. Armstead was pronounced dead at the scene.
