Claude Adams

A man was shot dead late Thursday in the city's Near North Riverfront neighborhood, police said. Officers responding to a shooting about 11:30 p.m. near Cass Avenue and North 1st Street found a man shot in the head, police said. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. Police on Saturday identified the victim as Claude Adams, 47, of the 4900 block of Loughborough Avenue.
