Deallen Valentine

Deallen Valentine, 24, was killed in a double shooting this weekend in the city's Jeff-Vander-Lou neighborhood. Officers found Valentine shot dead in a field just after 3 a.m. Saturday in the 3500 block of Cass Avenue. The other person, a 20-year-old man, was found in a nearby vacant lot. He had been shot but survived. Police do not have a suspect in the shooting. Police said Valentine lived in the 4800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.
