Garrett Davis

One man was killed and another injured in a double shooting late Sunday in the city's Wells-Goodfellow neighborhood. Officers responded to a ShotSpotter call in the 5700 block of Terry Avenue just after 9:30 p.m., police said. Two men had been shot, police said. Garrett Davis, 37, had been shot in the torso and died. The other man had been shot in the hand. Davis lived in the 8800 block of Clifton Avenue in Jennings, police said.
