A 29-year-old Fairview Heights man on Monday was found shot dead in a car in East St. Louis. A park district employee called police just before 9 a.m. to report a suspicious vehicle in the 2500 block of Argonne Drive, Illinois State Police said. Officers responded and found the man shot dead in the car, police said.
