Richod Paul

Police on Tuesday identified the man who was shot dead Monday morning in Bellefontaine Neighbors. Police found Richod Paul, 24, shot just before noon in the 900 block of Raford Court. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Officers called St. Louis County police to lead the investigation. Paul lived in the 100 block of Grotto Court in Hazelwood, police said.
