Rosa Davis

Rosa Davis, 41, was shot and killed inside an apartment in the in the Central West End. Authorities on Friday charged 36-year-old Joel Davis with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the case. He is in custody without bond, police said. Joel Davis is accused of shooting and killing Rosa Davis Thursday morning in an apartment in the 4300 block of Maryland Avenue.
