Amber Williams

A woman slain last month outside a restaurant in the Tower Grove East neighborhood was identified Wednesday as 32-year-old Amber Williams of St. Louis County. Williams was fatally shot on July 28, and three people were injured outside Sam's Southern Eatery, 3505 Gravois Ave. Williams died at a hospital. She lived in the 11200 block of Liberty Landing in unincorporated St. Louis County. One man was critically injured, and another man suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Police later learned that a fourth victim showed up at a hospital with a gunshot wound to his hand.
