Cortez Jackson

Police on Friday identified a man killed in a triple shooting in the Delmar Loop entertainment district. Officers were called just after 2 a.m. Thursday to the 6100 block of Delmar Boulevard, police said. They found Cortez Jackson, 29, shot dead. Two women in their twenties were dropped off at a hospital shortly after police responded to Delmar. Both women had been shot but were expected to survive. The shooting happened about a quarter mile east from the city's border with University City.
