Dezmon Ross

Dezmon Ross, 28, died at a hospital Monday night after being shot in the 200 block of North 15th Street in the Downtown West neighborhood. Ross lived in the 1500 block of Olive Street. Police originally said the shooting was on Olive but now say it happened on 15th Street.
