Dustin Breuer

The man slain Monday in the Benton Park West neighborhood has been identified as 39-year-old Dustin Breuer. Police said Breuer was fatally shot just before 3:45 a.m. Monday behind the 3100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Breuer lived in the 3000 block of Cherokee Street. He was found in the rear yard of a residence on Pennsylvania. He had been shot, police said, and died at the scene.
