St. Louis police have identified a man killed in a shooting in the Hyde Park neighborhood. Frank Bell Jr., 45, of the 4400 block of Floriss Place, was killed about 11 p.m. in a residence in the 1100 block of Angelica Street, according to police. Responding officers found Bell unresponsive. Emergency services personnel pronounced him dead at scene.
