Hadley Waggoner

Police on Monday identified the man who was stabbed to death in a yard in the city's Patch neighborhood. Police said they were called Dec. 19 at about 4 p.m. to the 8400 block of Water Street. Officers found 55-year-old Hadley Waggoner, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say he had a large stab wound in his back. Waggoner lived in the same block where the stabbing happened, police said.
