ST. LOUIS - Police on Friday identified the 39-year-old Florissant man who was shot and killed early Thursday in the city's North Pointe neighborhood. Officers were called about 2:30 a.m. to Mimika and Gladys avenues and found Jeremy West, 39, in the street. He had been shot in the head, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene. West lived in the 1700 block of Saddlespur Lane in Florissant, police said.
