Johannis Tamene

ST. LOUIS — Police on Friday identified the man who was shot and killed late Tuesday in the city's Dutchtown neighborhood, just south of the Gravois Park border. Medics found Johannis Tamene, 18, about 10:40 p.m. in the 3400 block of Chippewa Street, police said. He had been shot in the chest. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.
