Justin Moore

Justin Moore, 18, was shot Wednesday night in the Mark Twain I-70 Industrial neighborhood. Officers were called just before 8:30 p.m. to the 5900 block of Ferris Avenue, police said. There they Moore shot in the head. He later died, and police arrested a suspect.
