Kentrell Keith

A teenage boy found shot dead in September in a St. Louis alley has been identified as 17-year-old Kentrell Keith. St. Louis police were called about 3 a.m. on Sept. 3 for a report of a person down in the 3100 block of Nebraska Avenue. They found Kentrell in an alley in that block, in the city's Benton Park West neighborhood. He had been shot in the head and medics pronounced him dead at the scene. Police said Kentrell lived a few blocks away, in the 2800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Officials did not say if they had a suspect in the killing.
