Lakarlo D. Williams

A Cahokia Heights man has been charged in a homicide that took place Tuesday night. James Lamont Crumble, 58, was charged Friday in the death of 48-year-old Lakarlo D. Williams. Williams had been found shot to death in his vehicle in the 5800 block of Mitchell Lane a little after 10 p.m. on Tuesday. Crumble was charged with first degree murder and unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon. He was being held without bond.
