A Spanish Lake man died Sunday from wounds he suffered from a shooting at a party last month in the city's Penrose neighborhood, authorities said. Police identified the man Monday as 44-year-old Loren Ivory. Tenicse Waters, a 32-year-old woman, was arrested in connection with the Aug. 25 shooting in the 4400 block of West Florissant Avenue. She has been charged with domestic assault, assault and armed criminal action. It was unclear Monday if Waters would face additional criminal charges. Investigators say that Waters, Ivory and Waters' sibling got into an argument that night over allegations that Waters had stolen some money. Waters reportedly left the gathering angry when her sibling and Ivory followed her outside the residence. Waters is then accused of firing a gun at her sibling, missing the sibling but hitting Ivory in the neck. She was later arrested at the scene. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 26.
