Manuel L. Gee

Manuel L. Gee, 22, was shot and killed outside a hotel in Florissant. St. Louis County prosecutors charged Latera Martin, of St. Louis, with second-degree murder, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon after prosecutors said she shot Gee outside of a Quality Inn. According to charging documents, Martin walked out of the hotel on Dunn Road on Sunday and began walking toward Gee. He put his hands up and started backing away, but Martin shot him, charges say. The entire encounter was caught on video, charges say. Martin is being held in St. Louis County without bond.
