ST. LOUIS COUNTY — A man was charged with shooting and killing his 18-year-old cousin earlier this month. Christopher Webb, 21, is charged with involuntary manslaughter and failure to report the Sept. 1 shooting. Police say the victim, Martinez Ursery Jr., told Webb that a rifle was loaded with a round in the chamber moments before Webb pulled the trigger and shot his cousin in the head. The fatal shooting happened just after 3 p.m. in the 9400 block of Auburn Drive. A detective wrote that during a search of Webb's phone, police found photos and videos of Webb posing with guns that were taken after the fatal shooting. He was booked into the St. Louis County jail Monday on a $225,000 bond.
