Mary Gan

Mary Gan, 56, was shot to death at her home in Pacific. Police believe she was killed by her 26-year-old son in a murder-suicide. They lived at a home on Cedar Ridge Drive in Pacific. They were discovered at the home about 1:45 p.m. Monday by a family member who went to check on them after several failed attempts to reach someone, Locke said. According to a police statement, Mary Gan died of a single gunshot wound; the man found dead had what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Locke said the man has not been positively identified, but investigators believe he is Mary Gan’s son.
