A man was shot and killed Monday morning in the city's Boulevard Heights neighborhood. Officers were called just before 11 a.m. to the 3600 block of Upton Street for a shooting, according to a St. Louis police report. They found one man who had been shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting, police said. Police arrested a 21-year-old man was arrested at the scene of the shooting.
