A teen has died after being shot and crashing into a utility pole Saturday night in Jennings, according to St. Louis County police. Officers responded to a call at 6:07 p.m. about a car crash in the 7000 block of Dawson Place. They found a boy suffering from a life-threatening gunshot injury inside the car, which had struck a utility pole. The teen was taken to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
