A man was fatally shot Tuesday afternoon in the West End neighborhood, police said. The 19-year-old victim was found shot next to a vehicle just after 1 p.m. Tuesday in the 5600 block of Enright Avenue. The rear windshield of the car was riddled with at least eight bullet holes. The man was taken to a hospital, where he died. His name was not released.
