Paul Kai Jr.

Paul Kai Jr., 20, was killed and two more people were injured, one seriously, in a shooting early Sunday morning in the Downtown West neighborhood. St. Louis police say Kai was pronounced dead at the scene in the 600 block of North 15th Street, near the City Museum. A 22-year-old man is in critical, unstable condition at a hospital, and a 23-year-old woman is in stable condition. A 20-year-old woman was uninjured. Homicide detectives are investigating the incident, which took place a little before 3:30 a.m.
