Reginald Dukes

Reginald Dukes, 64, was found dead in his north St. Louis apartment. The medical examiner later determined he had internal neck injuries consistent with strangulation. Homicide detectives have taken over the investigation, police said. Dukes' body was found by police shortly after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday after they received a call for help at the apartment, in the 3000 block of North 25th Street in the St. Louis Place neighborhood.
