A shooting victim who died Wednesday in north St. Louis County has been identified as 92-year-old Robert Prewett. Prewett was killed in the 6900 Block of Parc Charlene Drive in unincorporated north St. Louis County. Prewett's home was in that block. Officers from the county's North Precinct were called to that block for a shooting at 11:50 a.m. Wednesday. Prewett died at the scene. Parc Charlene Drive is a dead-end road off of Benham Road and near Lewis and Clark Boulevard. Da'Mon Williams, 18, was later charged with second-degree murder in connection with Prewett's death. Police said Williams shot the man three times. Home surveillance video shows Williams leaving the home with a mask, glove and jacket, before throwing them in a dumpster, police said. DNA from the items matched the suspect, they said.
