Ryan Alexander

A man was shot and killed early Saturday in the city's Mark Twain neighborhood. Officers were called to the shooting in the 5000 block of Ruskin Avenue at about 1:45 a.m., St. Louis police said. Police identified the victim as 19-year-old Ryan Alexander of the 5000 block of Ruskin. He was located inside a residence and pronounced dead at the scene. Homicide detectives are investigating.
