Officials in East St. Louis plan to meet with the owner of a local McDonald's restaurant to increase security measures after a worker was shot to death through a drive-thru window this week, the second fatal shooting there since May. The latest killing was Monday night at the fast-food restaurant at 588 North 24th Street.
