Winfred Bowers

Winfred Bowers, 56, was found shot to death Monday night inside a vehicle that crashed in the Walnut Park East neighborhood of St. Louis. Police were called for a shooting and found Bowers inside a crashed vehicle in the 5400 block of Harney Avenue. He had been shot. Bowers died at the scene. Bowers lived in the 1500 block of Northwinds Estates Drive in Ferguson. Police had no suspects in the case.
