Cleotis Wilder II

Cleotis Wilder II was shot and killed outside of an apartment complex in O'Fallon, Missouri during an argument. Te’Shawn Jones is charged with Wilder's murder. According to police, Jones and Wilder were arguing over the victim "disrespecting" one of Jones' friends. The argument moved to the parking lot, and both men pulled out guns. The men began pushing one another with their left hands while holding their guns in their right hands, according to court documents, and when Wilder pushed Jones, Jones raised his gun and fired three shots at Wilder. Wilder was shot in the head, and another bullet went through a lower-level apartment. The victim never raised his gun.
