Damian Webb

Damian Webb, 46, of the 3900 block of Lexington Avenue near Fairground Park, was found dead at about 4:45 p.m. near Sullivan and Warne avenues, St. Louis police said. He had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene. Marquise Louis Porter, 19, is accused of first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the case. A probable cause statement said the two men were texting and said they were going to meet in the area where the shooting took place. The defendant admitted to police that he shot the victim, the statement said.
