Damonte Hightower

17-year-old Damonte Hightower was shot and killed after an argument. Nykelte Wilburn, 23, was charged with Hightower's murder. Video surveillance shows Wilburn and Hightower involved in an argument before Wilburn fired his weapon. Multiple witnesses identified Wilburn as the shooter, according to charging documents.
