Derrick Florian

Derrick Florian was shot and killed. Denny Burton was charged with first-degree murder. Eyewitnesses told investigators they saw Burton and Florian arguing. One witness said Florian told Burton to "put the gun down, Denny" before the gun went off, according to the police report.
